These equpiments are at the first stage of making AAC block,used for processing the material as per the requirement.
Crusher:Crushing the quiklime into suitable size, so the ball mill can grind the quiklime to ensure it's fineness as per the AAC block needed
Bucket elevator:Using bucket elevator to bring the crushed quiklime particle(CaO) to stock bin. There need 2 bucket elevators during processing, one using for sending quiklime particle, one using sending quiklime ash.
Ball mill:Using for grind quiklime(CaO).This material is one of the main material for AAC block.
Spiral conveyer:Sending cement and CaO in Stock Bin to Measuring tank . There are 2 Spiral conveyers during this processing . One using for sending cement, another using for sending CaO.
